STEP 1 
Application:
Fill in the Application and send it to us. We will review your application and confirm to you via email your initial acceptance. Furthermore, via email, we will set up a mutually agreed upon time to talk on the phone.

 STEP 2
Counseling:
During this phone call, we will review the information in your application, discuss the matter in deeper detail to clarify our understanding and determine what assessments (tests) are needed, if any.

STEP 3
Evaluation:
We send to you any appropriate assessment tests for you to take. Upon return of the test(s), we will evaluate and report to you via phone our results, what it means for you and discuss in detail.

 STEP 4
Implementation:
Decide a course of action based on results and develop specific steps together.
